A direct notice for parents explaining what Drawtryix collects for child profiles and AI character creation, why it is used, who processes it, and how to delete it.

Before you authorize AI creation
Drawtryix asks the signed-in adult to acknowledge this notice before a drawing is privately processed. An acknowledgment checkbox does not, by itself, verify identity or complete verifiable parental consent. Before Drawtryix collects personal information from a child under 13, the required parental-verification and consent process must be completed. Only continue if you are the child's parent or legal guardian and agree to the uses described below.
What we collect
- A child profile nickname or display name and profile color chosen by the adult.
- The drawing or image the family creates or uploads.
- A character name, selected art style, prompt, and creative instructions.
- The generated 2D sprite and, only after a separate adult confirmation, generated 3D model files.
- Character versions, game progress, rewards, selected hero, and private multiplayer identifiers.
- IP address, authentication or session identifier, cookie or local-storage identifier, device and browser information, and security, moderation, diagnostic, and error records.
Do not submit a child's face, voice, full legal name, school, home address, phone number, email address, precise location, password, or other identifying information.
If a parent enables Clubtryix multiplayer, other people in the same room can see the profile nickname, avatar thumbnail, selected character, room presence and movement, approved phrase-chat choices, and emotes. The experience does not provide free-form text chat or direct messages.
Why we collect it
We use this information to create the requested character, save it to the family's selected profile, provide games, preserve progress and versions, moderate content, prevent abuse or duplicate charges, and help the family when something goes wrong. We do not use child information for targeted advertising.
Who processes it
- Noctryix LLC operates Drawtryix.
- Supabase provides authentication, private database, and private file storage.
- Vercel hosts and delivers the application.
- OpenAI processes the drawing and instructions for the requested 2D character.
- Tripo processes the accepted 2D character only when the adult separately requests a 3D model.
- Google processes adult account information only when the adult chooses Google sign-in.
Provider use and retention are governed by the applicable service configuration, contract, and business/API terms. Required provider and parental safeguards must be enabled before child-directed use.
How long we keep it
Unsaved drafts expire after seven days. A saved drawing, source image, character, accepted 3D model, and game progress remain until the adult deletes the item or profile or closes the account. Limited security, consent, provider-attempt, and transaction records can be kept longer when needed to protect the account, prevent duplicate charges or fraud, meet accounting duties, or resolve a dispute. Your choices as a parent
The adult account holder can:
- Review and edit child profile display information.
- Review or delete characters, versions, and child profiles.
- Decline an AI request or optional 3D conversion.
- Withdraw permission and ask us to stop future collection.
- Request access, correction, account closure, or deletion.

Acknowledgment and verified consent
Checking the parent acknowledgment box records that the signed-in adult reviewed this notice and the Privacy Policy. It does not independently verify that person's identity or relationship to the child. Where verified parental consent is required, Drawtryix must complete that separate process before collecting, using, or disclosing the child's personal information.
Declining the necessary provider disclosure means the family should not submit the AI request. Parent-enabled multiplayer and conversion of an accepted 2D hero into a 3D model are separate choices.
